Our products are limited only by your imagination. Any image or combination of images can be used, provided you have the right to reproduce them. Because of this, we do not have a catalog.

No setup fee is required to order from CNY Photo Gifts! Simply pick an item , choose your photo that you will email to us and you're ready to order! No setup fee is required for any of our personalized products. There are no hidden charges. You pay for all the personalized products you want, plus the applicable shipping charge. That's all.

We accept only Paypal , however, within paypal's order window , as soon as your order asks for payment , is a mastercard , visa , american express logo , so you should be able to use your credit card if you choose to , through PayPal also even if you DONT have a PayPal account.

Due to our advanced digital process, there is no minimum quantity required to order. You can order one of each of our products, or you can order a thousand of each of our products. It's entirely up to your needs. Isn;t that awesome ?

There are 4 basic file types you can use for your photo gifts: .jpg, .bmp, .png, and .gif. - Although you can use BMP & GIF we HIGHLY reccomend JPG or PNG , those two are the highest quality photos. You also want to make sure that they are as large as possible for the best quality.

YES! In fact, black and white images can give your photo gifts a "timeless" feel that will give them a special feeling to you many years from now. Feel free to use black and white images, sepia ("old-fashioned") images, or even just designs your kids have drawn using Paint or some other computer-graphics program.

The bigger the better - we can reduce your image if needed but a larger photo is more likely to come out a whole lot better than a thumbnail. I reccomend you set your digital camera to the highest quality possible. if you send us a small photo that isnt good quality , chances are we will not be able to process it so that it is of good quality for you. I would not want to produce a product that didnt meet our standard of excellence.

Sorry no you cannot. It has to be a digital image emailed to us . We are not set up to process standard photo's . That would basically drive the cost up so far that it would be unreasonable to even try to sell them to you at a price that would be substantially higher than anything we have listed here now.

As soon as the product is shipped and received by you , it is deleted . For your protection we do not preserve the photos afterwards. If you want to re-order using a SAME photo once the item has been delivered , you must RE-SEND the photo again.

First of all, always make sure you check over all details in your CNY Photo Gift thoroughly to make sure that what you are ordering is correct. If you decide you want to change something after you've added your Gift to your shopping cart, but before you check out, there is no problem. Simply click to edit the item in your cart, and you'll be able to make any changes you want. Once you've completed your order, our automated manufacturing process immediately schedules your CNY Photo Gift for production. Because we strive to deliver high-quality Photo Gifts to all our customers as quickly as possible, we are unable to accept changes to an order after an order has been placed.

Once a " BREAKABLE" product is made with your photo , it is unreturnable UNLESS it has arrived damaged. We allow up to 72 hours after the confirmation comes to us that your product has been delivered. If you contact us within that 72 hour window , we will replace your damaged product. If your product IS NOT damaged or not a breakable item, we do not accept returns because it would be an impossibility to restock and resell an item with someone else's photo on it, so be sure what your ordering is what you want . Clothing or material items such as hand towels etc etc etc are not returnable at all as we triple check to make sure they are not torn or damaged at all before leaving shipping warehouse.

We ask that you allow 2 to 3 days for processing , then within 7 to 10 days after processing , your item will be shipped to you unless otherwise stated in the item description. So in answer to your question it is best to allow up to two weeks unless otherwise specified on the item's description. Most items will arrive before that however , we take great care in making sure that your item is created as if it was our own, so we state two weeks just to make sure that products are done correctly and with care.

The shipping costs are "NOT" calculated through this store , they are instead calculated through PayPal to make everything more convenient so therefor we did not calculate S&H costs on the site. It does however cost us to ship the item so everything is done through PayPal. If we were to add shipping through here and NOT through PayPal , PayPal would actually charge us a handling fee ANYWAYS just for the transaction and that in itself along with whatever the cost would be to actually ship it from our warehouse would drive up the cost of the item you want to purchase. The shipping costs are actually less through paypal , than if it was to be shipped through a conventional method. Well we could not call ourselves CNY Photo Gifts if we were not located in Central New York. Well , we could but it just wouldnt be right. So if your local to Central New York , we are located just outside of Ithaca N.Y. in a small office in Newfield , however our distrubution plant and design center is located in Florida. When your placing your order , contacting us via email or phone , and visiting our website , your dealing with the local office in Newfield N.Y. The only part that isnt local , you never deal with anyways , we do. Now if your outside of New York that doesnt matter to you I guess, but quality does indeed matter and thats where we excel !
